Welcome on www.arabidopsme.com

This website aims to present the subject of my Master's thesis (Faculty of Sciences, University of Geneva, Switzerland), in order to make my study known by worldwide biology laboratories specialized in plant physiology.

I am looking for concrete assistance to work or do a professional training (outside university), with job opportunities afterwards, in animal welfare or preservation of the environment in Australia or New Zealand.

For example, I would like to get involved in a bee conservation project, by genetics and molecular biology approaches (if possible, file a patent), save the Great Barrier Reef or take care of endemic animal species (kangaroos, kiwis, koalas, wombats...).

I am also willing to work in French teaching, IT, tourism or winemaking industry, especially in the Perth, Melbourne or Auckland area.

The subject of my Master's thesis is the following:

Action potentials in Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. generated by mechanical stimulation.

This study was carried out between February 2009 and July 2010, at the Laboratory of Plant Physiology (Department of Botany and Plant Biology, University of Geneva).

In the tab bar, you will find a model of cover letter, my resume, my Master's degree, my grade transcript, my Bachelor's degree and my International Baccalaureate diploma, as well as the different sections of my Master's thesis.

NB: The mechanical stimulation was usually a leaf touch. This website may be modified at any time.
